    Unopened items can be returned for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Refunds will be issued when the returned item is received. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

    Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept opened items as they would be unsafe to resell.

    All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

    Domestic shipping options include: USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail.

    International shipping options include: USPS International Priority Mail and USPS International Express Mail. Shipments to Canada also have an International First Class Mail option for most of our smaller items.

  4. How long will it take to get my order?

    Please allow for 1-3 business days of handling time plus the amount it time it takes to ship based on the shipping option you select. Estimated shipping times are available on the USPS website.

    Orders from the Philippines can be placed by calling our Philippine Office. Orders outside of the Philippines can only be placed online.

    As required by law, any orders shipped to NJ will be charged sales tax.

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders at this time..

    No. You do not need a PayPal account to place orders. We accept all major credit cards.

    We do use PayPal to process our orders, but you can enter your credit card billing information directly without signing up for a PayPal account.
