and the number after the colon indicates the number of doubled bonds. A 0 after the colon is saturated fat, a 1 after the colon is a monounsaturated fat, and a 2 or 3 indicates a polyunsaturated fat. Fatty acid compositions were determined through Gas Liquid Chromatography, according to International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) 2.301, 2.302, 2.304; Iodine value was raised according to IUPAC 2.205/1 by licensed chemists in Government and Private Agencies.
